Forty years of advisory, two countries, one point of reference
Value Advisor grew out of more than forty years of professional practice that began in Rome in 1985 and, in recent years, extended to Spain, with offices in Madrid and Las Palmas.
Our story
The professional journey began in Rome in 1985, advising Italian companies, professionals and families on tax and corporate matters. That is where the method still guiding the work was formed: understand the business first, then build the structure.
The first Spanish engagements came through supporting Italian entrepreneurs with interests in the country. From 2014 that presence became permanent: first in the Canary Islands, under the specialist Canarie Consulting brand, then in Madrid to cover mainland Spain.
Today Value Advisor is an advisory boutique bringing together over forty years of professional experience and more than ten years established in Spain, coordinating taxation, corporate structure and strategy for clients operating in Italy, in Spain or in both.

Renato Spizzichino
Renato Spizzichino has been in practice since 1985, when he started the Rome practice from which Value Advisor grew. Over forty years he has advised companies, family groups and professionals on routine and extraordinary matters: corporate reorganisations, holding structures, generational succession and preventive dispute management.
In recent years he brought that experience to Spain: first through engagements for Italian entrepreneurs with interests in the country, then with a permanent presence in the Canary Islands from 2014 and in Madrid, building first-hand expertise in comparative Italian–Spanish taxation and in the practice of local authorities.
His experience as a chartered accountant (commercialista) combines with an advisor's approach: the entrepreneur's objectives come first, and the tax and corporate structure is built around the strategy.
